Job Title: Credit & Risk Analyst
Location: Kubwa, Abuja (FCT)

Scope of the Role
- The Credit Analyst shall be responsible for evaluating the creditworthiness of individual and small business loan applications to ensure that sound lending decisions are made to minimize credit risk.
- This role plays a vital part in the loan approval process, supporting the growth of the bank’s loan portfolio while upholding prudent credit standards and regulatory compliance.
- The successful candidate will analyze financial information, assess risks, conduct field visits when necessary, and make recommendations based on detailed credit assessments and findings.
Technical Knowledge / Minimum Requirement
- Candidates should possess a First Degree in Economics, Finance or any other discipline, Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 4 years banking experience in a Microfinance Bank.
- Experience in planning and orchestrating available resources efficiently and effectively.
- Must reside within Abuja.
