Job Summary

• We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Customer Care Associate & Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients.
• The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, provide excellent customer service and ensure a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and professionally.
• Manage appointment bookings and walk-in clients efficiently.
• Handle phone inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
• Process payments and manage the POS system.
• Assisted with customer complaints and feedback and resolved service issues.
• Promote marketing efforts for the barbershop’s subscription packages and loyalty programs.
• Assist in managing and coordinating with barbers and staff to ensure smooth customer flow.
• Keep records of daily appointments, client interactions, and transactions.
• Support administrative duties and carry out other related tasks as required.
• Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in using POS machines and basic computer software applications.
• Friendly, energetic, and professional.
• Must be well-groomed and presentable.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 – 3 years of experience.

Salary

• N70,000 – N80,000 monthly.
