• Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
• Generating sales leads that develop into new customers.
• Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Listening to customer concerns and answering questions.
• Providing information about the company’s products and services.
• Taking orders and setting up new customer accounts.
• Helping customers with complaints and processing returns.
• Facilitating relationships between the company and its clients.
