Job Description:

  • We are seeking dedicated and passionate Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their inquiries, providing product information, addressing concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their shopping journey. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver outstanding service, build strong relationships with our customers, and enhance the overall store experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain the reason for their visit.
  • Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Assist customers in finding the right products based on their needs and preferences.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing our point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring merchandise is well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest product releases, promotions, and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Uphold the company’s policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary school diploma/degree & equivalent;
  • No experience is required but proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the electronics or phone industry would be a PLUS
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively and empathize with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, addressing customer concerns in a calm and efficient manner.
  • Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of electronic devices and mobile phones.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
