Title: Customer Care Representative

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming phone calls.
• Generate sales leads through effective communication.
• Identify and evaluate customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Cultivate sustainable relationships and establish trust with customer accounts by engaging in open and interactive communication.
• Address customer complaints, offer suitable solutions and alternatives within specified timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and organize necessary documents.
• Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Qualifications:

Interested candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Possess an HND (Higher National Diploma) or B.Sc Degree.
• Have 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Salary
N60,000 / Month.
