Title: Customer Experience Officer
Location: Bodija – Ibadan, Oyo
Job Responsibilities
- Communicating with customers across various channels
- Acknowledging & resolving customer complaints
- Processing orders & requests
- Helping clients make up their mind on items to purchase
- Cross-selling & up-selling products & services
- Overseeing deliveries of orders to customers
- Ensuring customer satisfaction & ensuring professional customer support.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree
- MUST have 1 – 2 years relevant experience as a Customer Experience Officer, Customer Service Executive or a related role
- Social Media savvy. Must be proficient in the use of Instagram
- Female
- MUST reside around Bodija
- 22 – 26 years old
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Proficiency in CRM software is an advantage
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Possessing sales skills (cross-selling & up-selling) is an advantage.
Salary
N50,000 Monthly.
