Pointsource was founded in 2006 to address the increasing demand from corporates seeking to efficiently manage and evaluate their Print and Point of Sale expenses. Recognizing the need for specialized expertise, many clients opted to outsource their print procurement operations to our dedicated team. Working closely with our clients, we collaborate to identify and manage critical areas of expenditure across their entire business. This encompasses Marketing, Point of Sale, In-Store Marketing, Permanent Units, Corporate Affairs, Transactional Print, Training, and Direct Mail. Despite their significance, Print and Point of Sale materials are often overlooked, falling between the purview of procurement and marketing. Title: Customer Experience Representative

Responsibilities

• Receives customers’ requests by telephone / mail, analyzes requests and respond accordingly
• Assists in resolving customer problems and complaints.
• Recruit new customers and do follow up
• Digital marketing & Cold calling
• Attend to walk in customers
• Involve in all forms of advertisement drive.
• General office duties.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Science related discipline.
• Minimum of 1-3 years experience
• Must possess excellent written and communication skills.
• Persuasive personality with outgoing positive attitude Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers
• Result driven, timely, innovative with good negotiating skills
• Ability to self-motivate and multi-task, work independently or within a team
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel
• IT & Phone savvy.: Donot apply if you donot have basic computing skills
• Applicants must have a Government issued ID, Original School Certificate and reside in Lagos, preferably within 15km of Ikeja.
