Job Description

  • We are looking for a friendly, articulate, and customer-focused Customer Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our guests.
  • This person will play a vital role in ensuring customers have a positive experience from the moment they step in, managing queries, resolving concerns, and maintaining the restaurant’s high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and professionally as they arrive.
  • Assist guests with seating, ordering, and general inquiries.
  • Handle reservations and manage waitlists when necessary.
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and politely.
  • Provide accurate information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth customer service.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception and dining area.
  • Record and relay customer feedback to management.
  • Support team members with tasks as needed during peak hours.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a B.Sc or HND in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, and other related fields.
  • 3–4 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a front desk role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Well-groomed appearance and friendly demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills for handling reservations and records.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A team player who is passionate about creating great experiences for customers.
