Job Title: Customer Representative (Hausa Speaker)
Location: Kado, Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary:
- As a Customer Representative at HTSF Global Nigeria Limited, you will play a key role in driving our business growth by promoting HTSF Global’s products and services.
- You will generate leads, engage with customers, and ensure they have a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery.
- Your ability to communicate effectively in Hausa language, understand customer needs, and close sales will be crucial in helping us meet our sales targets and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to grow the market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with farmers, agribusiness owners, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer loyalty and ongoing purchases.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer needs, offering tailored solutions and resolving issues effectively.
- Assist with order processing and ensuring timely deliveries.
Requirements
- Must be able to communicate in Hausa Language fluently
- Education: B.Sc, HND, or any related qualifications.
- Experience: Entry Level with Proven experience as a Customer Representative in Agribusiness or similar sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify customers’ needs and present compelling solutions. work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer inquiries.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
