Job Title: Customer Satisfaction Representative

Locations: Lagos & Ogun

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

  • To drive revenue growth by ensuring customer satisfaction through effective sales, relationship management, and after-sales support across the South West region.
  • The role combines direct selling with proactive customer engagement to retain and grow the customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell the company’s products and solutions to existing and prospective customers in the region.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Conduct field visits, customer check-ins, and service follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues, ensuring resolution within defined timelines.
  • Educate customers on product usage, features, and value propositions.
  • Monitor customer buying patterns and provide insights to improve sales strategy and service delivery.
  • Work with the logistics and supply chain team to ensure timely delivery and resolve delivery challenges.
  • Conduct market intelligence activities to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and market trends.
  • Track sales targets and performance metrics; submit weekly and monthly reports.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, customer forums, and regional product activations.
  • Promote brand loyalty through customer engagement programs and feedback collection.

Requirements

  • B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Agricultural Science, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience in the agro-allied, FMCG, or pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasive communication skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the South West.
  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM or sales reporting tools is an added advantage.
