Title: Customer Satisfaction Representative (Beef Sales)

Job Purpose
- The Customer Satisfaction Representative will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, sales expertise, and exemplary service delivery.
- Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling natnudO beef products while addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and fostering positive relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with potential customers to promote natnudO foods beef products.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively persuade customers.
- Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing details, and delivery schedules to customers.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, or issues in a professional and timely manner, striving for resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to sales policies.
- Coordinate with logistics and depot teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Monitor stock availability and communicate product availability or shortages to customers as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.
- Collect customer feedback and insights regarding product satisfaction, preferences, and areas for improvement, and relay this information to relevant departments.
- Maintain detailed records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and order details in the company’s database or CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends for management review..
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years proven experience in sales, preferably in the food or FMCG industry with experience selling to HORECA
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
