Job Title: Customer Service/Admin Officer

Location: Akala Express- Ibadan, Oyo

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Brief

  • We are looking for a Customer service/office admin to join our team and support our daily office procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update company databases.
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc in any related field.
  • 1-2 years experience in similar role or administrative roles.
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of self-confidence and ability to create new ideas.
  • Basic Knowledge of accounting.
  • Must reside close to the job location.

Salary
N50,000 monthly.
