Job Title: Customer Service/Application Officer

Job Summary
- We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Visa Matters Customer Officer to serve as a key liaison for our clients with ongoing visa applications.
- In this role, you will be responsible for communicating updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring that each client receives accurate and timely information throughout their visa process.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients involved in ongoing visa cases.
- Provide updates on application progress, answer queries promptly, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Case Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with visa application officers and other internal teams to gather and relay accurate information on application status and required documentation.
Follow-Up and Documentation:
- Ensure that all client interactions are thoroughly documented in our systems.
- Monitor case progress and follow up on pending actions to help keep applications on track.
Compliance:
- Adhere to all company procedures and immigration regulations while handling client cases. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Respond to client inquiries within 2 minutes during working hours, ensuring that every client feels supported and informed throughout their visa process.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role, preferably in a legal or immigration services environment.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to handle sensitive and complex client interactions with empathy and professionalism.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software is desirable.
- Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail, proactive approach, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
