Job Description

• Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude while promoting a positive brand influence.
• Assist Customer service personnel in cleaning.
• Greets and assists customers promptly and courteously.
• Respond to customer questions about products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer issues or escalate them to a supervisor when necessary.
• Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized customer service area.
• Update customer information in the database or CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and they are satisfied.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, logistics) to meet customer needs.
• Promote products or services when appropriate.
• Comply with company procedures, policies, and standards.
• Handle and protect confidential customer information appropriately.

Requirement

• You must be staying within the axis of or in Ago Palace Way.

Salary

• N40,000 monthly.
