Job Title: Customer Service/Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies
- Develop and manage strategies to generate, track and convert leads to actual sales
- Develop and manage our content and reputation across all digital channels
- Manage both physical and digital inquiries including visitors
- Be an impactful player in the aggressive growth of our revenue across all solutions
Requirements
- OND, HND, B.A, B.Sc. or equivalent in arts or social science
- 2 – 4 years of relevant experience, with proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
- Female of no more than 35 years of age
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, CRM and desktop publishing software
- Familiarity with photo and video editing software will be a distinct advantage
- Excellent understanding and demonstrable digital marketing skills including social media platforms and maintaining an online community
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Google ads will be a distinct advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Disciplined, trustworthy, proven networks, excellent inter- personal skills, analytical mindset and creative thinker, appetite for bursting targets and multitasking skills.
Remuneration
- Negotiable & competitive with significant correlation to industry standards and key performance indicators attainment.
