Job Summary
- We are looking for a courteous, detail-oriented, and professional Customer Service Officer with a background in Health Information Management.
- The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from registration to discharge while also maintaining accurate health records and supporting clinical documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors warmly, providing prompt and helpful assistance.
- Register patients accurately and manage patient records in line with medical and administrative protocols.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with clinical departments as needed.
- Handle inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling patient information.
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy of patients’ demographic and medical data.
Salary
- N100,000 – N120,000 monthly.
