Job Description

- In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer complaints and resolving queries, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
- GCS Education collaborates with a diverse range of institutions, guiding students through the process of securing international admissions, arranging accommodation, and offering free visa counselling.
Qualifications
- HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or a related discipline.
- Strong communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Effective negotiation skills.
