Work Hours: Monday – Saturday
Job Brief
- The Customer Service Officer will provide a first-class customer centric services.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Receive and respond promptly to customer’s inquiries.
- Resolve complaints through phone, email, or social media.
- Process ordersand requests.
- Communicate customer’s requests and feedback to the required team.
- Create and maintain database of customers.
- Provide pricing and delivery information to customers.
- Assist in sales.
- Regularly compile reports and submit to the management.
- Perform any other task assigned.
Skills / Requirements
- B.Sc / HND from a recognised institution.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Officer.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools.
- Have a pleasant and professional phone presence.
Remuneration
N100,000 – N120,000 monthly (Based on your experience level)
