Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Challenge/Ringroad – Ibadan, Oyo

Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • Build and maintain business relationships with customers
  • Ensure that customer needs are met and satisfied which leads to increase in the profit of the organization
  • Maintain an accurate and comprehensive customer database
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Confer with Client Experience to resolve customer complaints and dissatisfaction.
  • Go the extra mile to engage and satisfy customers
  • Participate in the development of new product marketing strategies to existing/ potential customers.
  • Employ marketing skills in order to achieve the sales target of the Outlet
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Client Experience.

Qualifications

  • OND in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Business Management.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.

  • Good understanding of the products and service offerings of PDSL and the peculiarities of their specific operating environment
  • Appreciation of concepts in business development and marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Salary

  • N50,000 / month.
