Job Summary

  • The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for promoting the company’s logistics solutions online, engaging customers effectively, and ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with organization’s brand voice and values, showcasing our innovative logistics solutions.
  • Foster smart customer relations through social media platforms, ensuring prompt and informative responses to inquiries and feedback about our logistics services.
  • Generate engaging content that educates and informs our audience about logistics trends, services, and benefits, collaborating closely with the marketing manager for consistency
  • Utilize technology for real-time tracking of customer sentiments and logistics updates, ensuring proactive customer service and issue resolution.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns that integrate social media initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to optimize social media strategies and customer service approaches.
  • Track and analyze social media metrics and customer feedback to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and improve overall customer satisfaction and brand perception.

Requirements

  • B.Sc Degree or equivalent. Additional certification or training in customer service or administration is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a customer service role, preferably within the logistics or related industry.
  • General overview of customer service best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to professionally interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities concurrently.
  • Maintain a polished appearance, demonstrate high integrity, and uphold strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service skills, showing patience, empathy, and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Working relationships with the marketing manager, adept at promoting brands online and fostering smart customer relations.
