Job Description
- We seek a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Personnel.
- In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat)
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and policies
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Order Processing:
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Manage inventory levels and track order status
- Resolve order-related issues and provide updates to customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions that exceed expectations
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage the social media space
- Proficiency in relevant computer software (CRM systems, email, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
