Responsibilities

• Answering questions: Responding to customer questions about the company, products, or services
• Resolving complaints: Handling customer complaints and concerns
• Processing orders: Taking orders or processing payments
• Providing information: Providing information about products and services
• Handling returns: Handling returns, refunds, and exchanges
• Maintaining records: Maintaining customer records and account information
• Directing customers: Directing customers to the right department or supervisor
• Making recommendations: Making product recommendations or services to customers based on their needs and preferences.

Salary

• N50,000 – N100,000 / month.
