Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and customers.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests across various channels.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Support sales and service teams by relaying customer needs and feedbacks.
- Answer customer questions via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds
- Meet performance targets and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
- Must be staying within the axis of Ago Palace Way.
Salary
- N60,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
