1). Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking (Infrastructure)

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist in Managing and deepening  relationships with existing customers for a major share of customer’s business
  • Identify and follow through to establish new relationships consistent with industry focus and overall Bank’s commercial objectives.
  • Resuscitate  dormant relationships to meet Bank’s strategic objectives
  • Maintain high client satisfaction ratings through exceptional working relationships with clients

2). Head, Product Design and Conceptualization

Location: Lagos

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive Product roadmaps, enabling teams to bring innovative Products to the market through effetctive stakeholder management.
  • Create, Supervise and Monitor the implementation of Design thinking culture in the Lab as a methodology for creating and managing Product vision for solution implemented through the Digital Innovation Lab.
  • Drive and monitor AGILE delivery process as a methodilogy for implementing innovative solution in the Lab.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform computer hardware, software, network and internet related research to troubleshoot and maintain computer forensic laboratory equipment and network.
  • Analyze complex cases which may involve multiple operating systems and mobile computing devices.
  • Work with latest industry technology and content providers to help secure the bank against threats from forensic investigations.
  • Gather and record key indicators and information about the threat infrastructure of live campaigns.

  • Provide daily routine monitoring, operation, and maintenance of all enterprise risk management applications for optimal performance and ensure compliance to relevant standards.
