Job Description

  • A professional Customer service professional is needed in a luxury fashion house to acts as a brand ambassador, ensuring exceptional service to maintain and enhance the house’s reputation.
  • She must have experince in the fashion world.

Job Duties
Her duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
Customer Interaction:

  • Greet and engage with clients in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Assist clients in person, via phone, email, or live chat, ensuring seamless communication.

Sales Support:

  • Guide customers through the purchase process.
  • Manage online and in-store order queries, exchanges, and returns.

Problem Resolution:

  • Address and resolve client complaints or concerns effectively, ensuring a positive outcome.
  • Liaise with internal teams (logistics, repairs, alterations) to provide solutions swiftly.
  • Follow up on unresolved issues to maintain customer trust.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain detailed client profiles to personalize future interactions.
  • Engage withclients through personalized services, invitations, and follow-ups.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships to encourage brand loyalty.

Brand Representation:

  • Uphold and embody the brand’s values, aesthetics, and standards in all interactions.
  • Stay updated on new collections, product features, and brand stories to convey them effectively.
  • Represent the brand at events, trunk shows, or other promotional activities.

Operational Support:

  • Manage client inquiries about product availability, repairs, and services.
  • Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth client experiences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to reflect the brand’s luxury image.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND qualification with relevant experience.
