Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customer at all time.
  • Responding promptly to customer demands.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complains.
  • Keep records of customer interaction, comments, and complains.
  • Any other duty as may be assigned by Supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc in any field of study.
  • Must have Two (2) years and above experience in Customer Service.
  • Must be fluent in speaking Hausa.
