Job Description

  • We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in the yoghurt industry.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, resolving customer queries efficiently, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience. Prior experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in person.
  • Resolve product or service complaints by clarifying the customer’s issues, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using the CRM system.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with the sales and production teams to communicate customer feedback and recurring issues.
  • Keep customers informed about new products, promotions, and company policies.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
  • Identify trends in customer complaints and report them to management for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all customer service processes and policies are aligned with company goals and customer satisfaction standards.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND / HND / BSc Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field with 1 year experience.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food or FMCG industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and patience.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

Salary

  • N100,000 – N150,000 / Month.
