- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our fashion retail store.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both online and offline customers, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both online and offline customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
- Process orders and returns in a timely and accurate manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales, and promotions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and track customer interactions.
- OND or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm.
N50,000 – N70,000 monthly.
