Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our fashion retail store.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both online and offline customers, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


  • Provide exceptional customer service to both online and offline customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
  • Process orders and returns in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales, and promotions.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and track customer interactions.


  • OND or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to work Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm.

N50,000 – N70,000 monthly.
