Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products/services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and helpful information about our products/services.
- Process customer requests, orders, and transactions.
- Document customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Meet customer service standards and performance metrics.
Requirements
- BSc / HND Certification.
- 2 – 5 years Experience in Customer service role.
- Experience in the Financial Industry is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in customer service software and technology.
Salary
- N150,000 – N250,000 monthly.
