Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Utako, Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Hybrid, Shift-based

Job Summary

  • Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and problem-solving?
  • We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to serve as the first point of contact for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, walk-ins, and messages.
  • Resolve complaints, process transactions, and troubleshoot payment and software-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Ensure a smooth customer experience through proactive communication and support.
  • Prepare daily reports and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tech-savvy with basic troubleshooting ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages & CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proximity to location (Utako, Abuja) is key.

Salary

  • N100,000 – N150,000 Monthly.
