Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with 1–3 years of experience in the sales and support of solar energy and CCTV surveillance products.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, promoting products, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person at the showroom.
- Provide accurate product information and technical guidance on solar and CCTV systems.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs and budget.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, invoices, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain proper documentation of sales transactions and customer records.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth product delivery and installation.
- Manage customer complaints or issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized customer service area/showroom.
- Upsell and cross-sell related products and services to increase revenue.
- Participate in periodic stock counts and provide feedback on customer trends.
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service or sales, preferably in solar and CCTV products.
- Good knowledge of solar systems, batteries, inverters, CCTV kits, and accessories.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and basic CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Abuja.
Salary
- N80,000 – N100,000 per month.
