Job Description

  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers.
  • Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving complaints, processing shipments, and ensuring clients enjoy a seamless service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to customers in person, via phone, or online.
  • Receive and process shipment orders and track delivery updates.
  • Handle complaints and resolve service-related issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on requests.
  • Liaise with operations to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service (logistics industry is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer use.
  • Must reside in or around the location applied for.
  • Proven customer support or experience as a customer service representative.

Salary

  • N100,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
