Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate and comprehensive information about our services.
  • Handle high-level customer escalations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Continuously improve service delivery through training, process improvement, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with logistics, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies, standards, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service leadership role.
  • Proficient in customer service software, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset with strong attention to detail.
