Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate and comprehensive information about our services.
- Handle high-level customer escalations with professionalism and empathy.
- Continuously improve service delivery through training, process improvement, and innovation.
- Collaborate with logistics, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless service.
- Develop and implement customer service policies, standards, and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service leadership role.
- Proficient in customer service software, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM tools.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
- A customer-centric mindset with strong attention to detail.
