Job Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person.
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide detailed product information and offer recommendations when needed.
- Liaise with the production and delivery team to ensure prompt order fulfillment.
- Maintain a friendly and professional attitude with all customers.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Requirements
- Qualifications: OND, HND, or BSc
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role.
Salary
- N80,000 per month + Accomodation.
