Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Major Responsibilities
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, identifying the cause, and implementing solutions.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Build lasting relationships with customers by ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 2-5 years experience.
- Proven experience as a Customer Care Representative or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Cultural sensitivity is a required skill.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software, email platforms, and other relevant tools.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
Salary
- N100,000 – N120,000 / Month.
