Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

  • As the Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth customer experience in line with the brand’s high-quality craftsmanship standards.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in person, via phone, email, and social media platforms.
  • Handle inquiries regarding leather care services, pricing, and turnaround times.
  • Process customer orders, payments, and service requests accurately.
  • Track and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional and positive brand image in all interactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in retail, luxury goods, or craftsmanship-related industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Salary

  • N150,000 – N200,000 / Month.
