Job Summary
- As the Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a smooth customer experience in line with the brand’s high-quality craftsmanship standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person, via phone, email, and social media platforms.
- Handle inquiries regarding leather care services, pricing, and turnaround times.
- Process customer orders, payments, and service requests accurately.
- Track and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely delivery and satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and positive brand image in all interactions.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
Requirements
- OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in retail, luxury goods, or craftsmanship-related industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Salary
- N150,000 – N200,000 / Month.
