Position Overview

Job Description
Customer Engagement:
- Interact with internal and external customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, block makers, cement distributors, and end users.
Issue Resolution:
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure effective resolution and follow-up.
Product Knowledge:
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates to enhance customer interactions.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in customer service procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to implement changes that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Communication and Documentation:
- Maintain clear and concise records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to share customer feedback and insights.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 3 – 4 years work experience.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
