Job Description

  • Greeting customers warmly and assisting with inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and other related issues.
  • Identifying customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Handling customer complaints or service issues professionally and empathetically.
  • Following up to ensure customer satisfaction and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Ensuring the outlet is clean, organized, and that promotional materials are up-to-date and well-displayed.
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and progress.
  • Following up with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Upselling and cross-selling services to meet customer needs.
  • Maintaining knowledge of current promotions, products, and company policies.
  • Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Salary

  • N100,000 – N150,000 / Month.
