Job Title: Customer Service Representative (B2B)
Location: Lekki, Ikate – Lagos
Role Summary
- We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with pharmacy experience to support and manage customer requests across our digital channels.
- You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and customers looking to place medication orders, resolve issues, or make inquiries.
- Your pharmacy background will ensure you communicate clearly and accurately, especially when addressing medication-related questions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Phone calls, chat, email, and social media.
- Understand and verify medication requests using pharmacy knowledge.
- Assist customers with placing, tracking, modifying, or canceling orders.
- Work closely with the dispatch and pharmacy teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and accurate delivery.
- Escalate complex or clinical queries to pharmacists when necessary.
- Update internal order tracking sheets and CRM tools.
- Follow up with customers for satisfaction, repeat orders, and issue resolution.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving customer support workflows.
