Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Social Media)
Location: Alagbomeji, Yaba – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Working days & Time: Monday-Saturday (8am-5pm)
About the Role
- We are looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative to manage direct messages and comments across our social media platforms.
- The ideal candidate will have experience replying to customer inquiries on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter, with excellent written English and the ability to respond promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer messages and comments on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter in a timely and polite manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Record and report customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to the relevant team.
- Escalate complex issues to the supervisor or appropriate department.
- Maintain the brand’s tone and voice in all communications.
- Monitor social media accounts to identify trends, issues, or opportunities for customer engagement.
- Assist with other customer service tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years experience (with prior experience in social media messaging)
- Strong ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
- Previous experience replying to messages on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Basic understanding of social media etiquette and customer service best practices.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile/social media apps.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with customer service tools or social media management platforms.
- Knowledge of trending content and online community engagement strategies.
Salary
- N100,000 / Month.
