Job Title: Customer Service Representative/Social Media Handler

Description

  • To provide exceptional front desk and client support while managing the clinic’s social media platforms to enhance client engagement and promote services.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:

  • Greet and assist clients during check-in and check-out.
  • Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and rescheduling.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
  • Provide information on treatments, offers, and aftercare.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure a welcoming reception area.

Social Media:

  • Create and post engaging content regularly (photos, stories, reels).
  • Respond to DMs and comments promptly.
  • Plan content around promotions, events, and service highlights.
  • Track engagement and suggest ideas to boost online visibility.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments and client testimonials (with consent).

Skills & Competencies

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND or OND qualification with at least 2 years work experience.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Confident using Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Basic content creation skills (e.g., using a phone camera, Canva)
  • Friendly, professional, and able to multitask.
