Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at SPA .
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring a positive spa experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients upon arrival.
- Provide comprehensive information about our spa services, products, and promotions.
- Assist clients in scheduling appointments and answering inquiries.
- Handle client concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Manage the appointment booking process.
- Coordinate with therapists and other spa staff.
- Promote and sell spa products and retail items to clients.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on client needs and preferences.
- Assist with general spa operations, such as maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure that spa facilities and equipment are in good working condition.
- Strive to exceed client expectations by providing personalized and attentive service.
- Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall spa experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 3 – 4 years experience
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Knowledge of spa treatments and techniques.
- Experience with spa management software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
