Job Description

• Verify and validate all passenger payments for tickets and luggage, issuing boarding passes as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely resolution of customer inquiries related to tickets.
• Manage the collection and processing of payments from customers, including passengers and cargo/courier service clients.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all customer payments, reconciling them with the Finance team.
• Handle boarding announcements and promptly communicate any exceptions to passengers.
• Provide timely feedback to customers within established timelines.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism in all customer interactions, ensuring error-free and well-informed communications.
• Collaborate and follow up with relevant units to ensure timely handling of requests and complaints.
• Demonstrate innovation and creativity in carrying out all assigned duties.
