Qualifications
- BSc or equivalent in Physics, Business Studies, Social Science, or Arts
- Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills and ability to learn quickly
- Female candidates, maximum of 28 years old
- Good knowledge of local languages
- Basic knowledge of French is an added advantage
