Title: Customer Service Support Officer

Locations: Ibadan – Oyo & Osun

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming chats/ calls to achieve Sales/metrics
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 – 3 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N120,000 – N135,000 Monthly.
