Job Title: Customer Service/Support Representative
Location: Yaba, Lagos

Job Summary
- We are looking for a Customer Service/Support Representative to join our team at AppleStore.ng.
- The ideal candidate must be iPhone-savvy, proactive, and highly responsive to customer inquiries across multiple communication channels.
- The role requires handling customer queries both physically and non physically via calls, messages, DMs, and emails, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries via phone calls, messages, DMs, and emails.
- Provide accurate information about Apple products and services.
- Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting support for Apple gadget sellers.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain an excellent knowledge of Apple products and services.
- Process orders, and refunds when necessary.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated issues.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc in any related field.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience (preferably in tech or retail).
- Previous experience handling social media inquiries, live chat, and phone support is an advantage.
Other Requirements:
- Must reside in Shomolu, Onipanu, Yaba, Oyingbo, Surulere, or Costain for easy commuting.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including Saturdays which is compulsory(But 5days a week)
- Must be reliable, responsible, and a fast learner.

- Tech-savvy and familiar with online customer service tools.
