Job Title: Customer Service/Telesales Executive

Location: Chevron, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and converting leads into sales.
  • The ideal candidates must have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our real estate offerings.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for property viewings and meetings with sales agents.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of potential and existing clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide detailed information about properties, answer questions, and address client concerns.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and property offerings.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients over the phone.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Previous experience in real estate sales is a plus but not required.

Salary
N150,000 – N160,000 / month.
