Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support
- Promote and sell our products
- Track and report on customer service KPI
- Work with other department to improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain CRM record and ensure prompt follow up
- Develop strategies to improve response time and service quality.
