Purpose of Role
- Provide seamless end to end customer supply management from forecasting to cash with the customer base in Nigeria enable meeting cluster NSV objectives.
- Influence partners to ensure on time delivery of goods and compliant documentation.
- Work with multiple supply sites and order handling for the delivery of Ethiopia, Djibouti and Central Africa orders.
- Ensure onboarding West and Central Supply standard process and leading customer service experience and sustainable operations in the region.
- Problem solve challenges that occur in the administrative process OTC and follow through to delivery of each order.
- Collaborate across West and Central Africa to deliver continuous improvement across Supply as a benefit function
Top Accountabilities
- End to end supply customer collaboration resulting in best-in-class feedback from customers regarding service levels
- Ensure appropriate SOPs developed and vital collaborators and deliver all requirements for delivery of product to Ethiopia and Djibouti and Central Africa
- Establish customer collaborative forecasting with key customers to meet forecast accuracy targets.
- Ensure all detail on orders and shipments to Ethiopia, Djibouti and Central are accurate and on time to drive 90%+OTIF and zero demurrage from Diageo service
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing to drive operational excellence in West and Central Africa
Qualifications, Experience, and Leadership
- Candidates should possess a BA / BSC level minimum
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in international logistics and customer service
- Expert in import processes in Nigeria
- Fluent in English
- Proven track record in implementing Change Management, including focus on people and process improvement
- Experience of the S&OP cycle
- Proven track record to influence partners to deliver customer focused results
- Proven ability to analyse detail at pace and provide conclusions and recommendations
- Experience in leading presentations and delivering results
- Culturally aware and able to adapt communication styles where required.
