Job Title: Customer Support Representative
Location: Igbo-Efon, Lekki – Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer transaction requests, complaints, and inquiries efficiently.
- Provide accurate support for platform transactions, products, and services.
- Investigate and resolve payment disputes promptly while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Reconcile customer accounts and address discrepancies with attention to detail.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1 – 2 years of relevant experience.
- HND / BSc in a related field (or equivalent).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable working under limited supervision and handling customer issues independently.
- Must be available for weekend and night shifts.
- Proficiency in computer use with an average typing speed.
- Must reside within the Lekki axis (candidates outside this area will not be considered).
Work Schedule
- Days: Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off each week.
Shifts:
- 6:50 AM – 2:00 PM
- 1:50 PM – 9:00 PM
- 8:50 PM – 7:00 AM
- Shifts rotate weekly (e.g., Week 1: 6:50 AM – 2:00 PM, Week 1:50 PM – 9:00 PM).
